4.59 Acres in Bixby, OK for $675K: Land, a Workshop, and Tulsa Close By

Want land near Tulsa without living in the middle of nowhere? I’m Sabrina Shaw, a Tulsa relocation Realtor with Allways Realty Group, brokered by eXp Realty. I recently toured a Bixby home that shows exactly what that can look like.

At the time of the tour, this property was offered at $675,000. Here’s what that budget bought.

The Property at a Glance

A Home Built for Gathering

The kitchen is made for hosting. It has an oversized island, a gas range with a pot filler, two ovens, two dishwashers, and a walk-in pantry.

Two separate living areas give everyone room. One can be the TV room while the other becomes a study, game room, or reading space. Spanish-inspired arches, a tile roof, and a curved staircase add character without feeling themed.

The Deck Is the Showstopper

The primary suite opens onto a huge second-story deck overlooking the land. It works like an outdoor living room. Think morning coffee, stargazing, or watching an Oklahoma storm roll in.

The suite also has a walk-in closet and an oversized bathroom. The bathroom has dual shower heads and separate vanity areas.

Room for a Homestead Lifestyle

This is where the property really stands apart. Chickens, greenhouses, and irrigated garden beds are already in place. A utility sink makes rinsing fresh produce easy.

The detached workshop has electricity and doors on more than one side. It’s a great fit for a tractor, tools, hobby gear, or a collector car.

A Rare Acreage Perk: City Sewer

Many acreage homes rely on septic systems. According to the tour, this one is connected to city sewer. Buyers should always verify utilities during due diligence.

Space Without Giving Up Convenience

The tour puts the property roughly 10 minutes from a hospital and downtown Bixby. More shopping and everyday stops are within about 10–15 minutes.

Downtown Bixby also has a strong community feel, including the well-known Green Corn Festival.

Could It Work for Multigenerational Living?

Possibly. Almost five acres opens up options for aging parents, adult children, or guests. Any added homes or structures depend on zoning, permits, utilities, and deed restrictions, so check those first.

Is Bixby Right for You?

Bixby can be a great fit if you want space, south Tulsa access, and semi-rural pockets. Broken Arrow, Owasso, Glenpool, or another suburb might suit you better, depending on your commute, budget, and schools. There’s no single “best” suburb, only the one that fits your life.

Start With the Lifestyle, Not the Listings

If you’re moving to Tulsa and want acreage, start with a plan. How much land do you really want? Do you need city utilities, a workshop, or room for family?
