Single-Story Luxury New Construction in Owasso, OK: A $1.299M Home Tour

Moving to Tulsa and dreaming of a single-story new build in a top suburb? I’m Sabrina Shaw, a Tulsa relocation Realtor who helps out-of-state buyers find the right home in the right neighborhood. I just toured a 5-bedroom new build in Owasso that may be my favorite house this year.

It’s 4,364 square feet, all on one level, and listed at $1,299,000. Here’s what makes it special.

The Home at a Glance

A Living Room Built for Gathering

You walk in to beamed ceilings, big windows, and a stone fireplace in the middle of the room. The fireplace splits the space into two sitting areas.

That means family can spread out and still be together. It’s perfect for holidays and everyday dinners.

A Kitchen Made for Cooks

The curved island has a fun, almost retro look, but the house feels completely modern. There’s an eight-burner range, a second “turkey” oven, and professional-grade appliances.

The sink sits under a big picture window. Deep drawers hold all your pots and pans.

The Butler’s Pantry Steals the Show

Behind the kitchen is a huge butler’s pantry. It has two beverage fridges, the microwave, pull-out drawers, and tons of shelving.

It also has a built-in espresso machine. Kathy and I agreed the coffee tasted like it came from a barista.

Room for Everyone, With Privacy

This home is designed so everyone has their own space. The secondary bedrooms have no carpet and good closets. One has its own ensuite.

On the far side of the house is a whole separate wing with a bedroom, full bath, walk-in closet, and its own door to a patio. It works beautifully as a mother-in-law suite.

There’s also a moody, high-ceiling office with special doors and a formal dining room that actually gets used.

A Primary Suite Like a Retreat

The primary bedroom has a fireplace, beamed ceilings, and a picture window looking out at the pool. A door leads to a private courtyard that feels like Italy.

The bath has a soaking tub, two vanities, and a doorless walk-in shower with two showerheads. The boutique-style closet connects straight to the laundry room.

Outdoor Living That Wins Every Weekend

Outside, you’ll find a pool with fountains and a tanning ledge, a fire pit, and an outdoor kitchen with stone and trim work. Turf close to the house makes it easy to keep clean.

Four Seasons room with beams opens right onto it all. This is the house everyone will want to come to.

Smart Features Relocating Buyers Ask About

Note: this neighborhood requires split-rail fencing. If you want privacy fencing, the same builder works in other areas that allow it.

Why Owasso?

Owasso is one of the top suburbs in the Tulsa area. From this home, you’re about 13 minutes to Costco and roughly 20 minutes to Tulsa International Airport and downtown Tulsa.

This master-planned community has its own elementary school, a country club, a pool, and miles of trails. If I had young kids, this is a neighborhood I’d pick.

Want Homes Like This Before They Hit the Market?

This builder works all over the Tulsa area, and some homes sell before they’re ever listed. I keep a “phantom list” so my buyers hear about them first.

You work directly with me from first call to closing. Whether you’re moving in 90 days or 9 months, it’s never too early to reach out.
